The Role.
Are you an experienced HR Shared Service  Advisor looking for your next challenge? As an HR Shared Service  Advisor with Together Trust Charity, you will be responsible for the HR Shared service team, ensuring the smooth running of the HR administration of the employment lifecycle  support, and provide first line advice professional HR advice and guidance to both management and employees.
You will work alongside and report to the HR Manager and provide efficient, effective and customer focused HR service. You will manage and maintain compliance information in paper records as well as the HR systems.

Key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive.

  • Lead the HR Shared service team in delivering a service- first approach with strong focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspect of their work
  • Establish and maintain effective, productive relationships with third party providers such as checks direct and Tribepad ensuring smooth collaboration and optimal service delivery.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the HR policies and procedures to lead and guide the HR shared service in providing first-line advice and support their development in delivering this service 
  • Manage and analyse HR data and reports, to look for efficiencies in processes
  • Be an expert for the ITrent system and manager all data within the system
  • An expert in onboarding process and the Application tracking system Tribepad. 
  • Lead the HR shared service team and provide support for 1-2-1 and supervision, performance management, appraisals, and development plans 
  • Lead the admin team to produce and review all contracts and contractual letters
  • Maintain employee records in line with GDPR and ensure accurate HR database management

What you will need to succeed.

  • CIPD Level 5 OR Degree and relevant experience.
     
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in similar role
  • Experience of working in a busy environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality 
  • Proficiency in HR databases and HR systems
