Our children’s service in Cheadle Hulme supports children with Autism and Learning Difficulties and their families, providing a respite service for both there young people that we support and their families.

Location – Cheadle Hulme, Stockport
Hours – 25 hours per week to be worked flexibly in discussion with Registered Manager (Monday to Friday)
Starting Salary - £15,608.00 per year with biennial increments. Salary has been pro-rated from the full time equivalent of £23,412.00 per annum (£12.01 per hours – Real Living Wage)
About the position….
- You will provide a professional and effective administrative service to the Registered Manager and staff team, thus enabling them to provide high quality care to the young people in the Trust’s care.
- Establish, monitor and maintain administrative systems.
- Act as an interface between the service and outside organisations and individuals.
- Record all internal and external communications, including telephone calls, letters, messages and emails, ensuring that they are passed on to the relevant member of staff.
- Be responsible for the security of the office and its contents and ensure the confidentiality of records and information relating to the young people and staff.
What can you bring to the team?...
We are seeking an Administrator who has a good understanding and competency with writing, spelling, report & record documentation, communicating with other professionals and families.
You will need to be confident in building positive relationships with multi-disciplinary teams, young people that we support and work closely with the managers and staff team.
Efficient and accurate keyboarding skills and ability use Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is a requirement of this role.
Part of your role involves petty cash handling and updating our online portal system used to account for the monies spent by downloading receipts.
